Agufa Semenye
Biography
Agufa Semenye has for the past 12 years worked as a Digital Forensic Specialist, having carried out investigations in both large and small organizations, in the public and private sectors.
He has carried out numerous fraud investigations in large and medium sized commercial banks involving losses of up to 1 billion shillings. This has given him vast experience in investigations such as, identity theft, embezzlement, business email compromise, corporate investigations, and cybercrime amongst others.
Agufa has attended various training workshops and forums in Digital Forensics in addition to his BSc in Information Systems & Technology from United States International University and MSc in Computer Forensics from Staffordshire.
Agufa’s experience expands locally and internationally in other countries, namely: Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Zambia, Congo, Ghana and Qatar. Additionally, he has given Expert Witness in court in Kenya and Zambia.
As an extension of his academic work, he has published a book on the computer forensic subject matter titled: Criminal Profiling: A
